David Crowley rushes to shore up support with Black voters in Wisconsin governor’s race

MILWAUKEE — As former Vice President Kamala Harris entered a packed hotel downtown ballroom here Monday night to campaign for Democratic gubernatorial nominee David Crowley, the room erupted in a loud roar. She was repeatedly interrupted as she tried to speak by screaming and cheering attendees yelling, “I love you.”
