Republican Donald Trump and Democrat Kamala Harris will face off in Nevada for the state’s six Electoral College votes. The state has become a hotly contested battleground that will be critical in deciding the winner this year. Trump’s pitch to voters has focused on the economy, immigration and crime. Harris, since taking over as the Democratic standard-bearer after President Joe Biden dropped out, has argued she would usher in a new era and has campaigned on improving the care economy, protecting abortion rights and guarding democracy. In 2020, Biden won Nevada with 50% of the vote to Trump’s 48%. In 2016, Hillary Clinton won Nevada with 48% to Trump’s 46%.
