This chart shows the weekly measles cases in the U.S. from January 2025 to the present. There was a surge in cases during February and March of last year, reaching 115 during the week of March 30. Weekly cases were slightly lower between May and October, hovering below 50. There have been spikes in cases in the beginning of the new year, reaching 206 in the week of Jan. 4.
