Amazon Prime Day ends tonight, and this is your last chance to shop some of the best deals of the year. During the final hours of the four-day sale, which is exclusive to Prime members, you can still find major discounts on all kinds of tech — plus limited-time markdowns across vacuums, gift cards, kitchen goods and more.
I frequently cover shopping events like Prime Day, Black Friday and Cyber Monday as a writer for NBC Select, so I know how to find deals that are actually worth buying. I’m also the team’s tech reporter — I test earbuds, headphones, smartwatches and fitness trackers regularly. I spent weeks combing through thousands of discounts to find the best Prime Day tech deals — each one I recommend below is highly rated and at its lowest price in at least three months.
I’ll update this list frequently throughout the final day of Prime Day, but many deals are already starting to sell out. If you see something you want, don’t wait — prices go back up soon.

If you own an iPhone, these are some of the best wireless earbuds you can buy. Despite their compact size, they have excellent noise cancelling and transparency modes — both are invaluable for my commute and at the office. At 35% off, it is only a few dollars shy of the best price I’ve ever seen for AirPods Pro 2.
If you’re planning a trip abroad, a good travel adapter is a must-have. This one from Anker has all the essentials: US, UK, EU and AU plug type, an AC outlet, two USB-C ports and two USB-A ports. All that connectivity means you can easily charge almost any device during your trip.
A streaming device can be much faster than using the apps built-in to your TV software, according to experts. This Amazon Fire TV Stick supports 4K resolution, and easily plugs into almost any TV. You can use it to watch your favorite content over apps like Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Peacock and more.
Best Prime Day audio deals
These are some of the best budget wireless headphones you can get, and at 40% off, they are a steal. The Q45s are comfortable, with great sound quality and decent noise cancelling, especially at this price point. The headphones get up to 65 hours of battery life, more than enough for even a weekend getaway, plus they come with a carrying case and wired audio cable.
These are my favorite over ear headphones for travel, and they are matching the lowest price we’ve seen at 42% off. They excel at travel because they are lightweight, comfortable, have excellent noise cancelling and come with a wired audio cable for seatback entertainment on flights. Plus, they fold down into a convenient hardshell carrying case.
These wireless earbuds have active noise cancelling, transparency, a fast charging case, and sync with Apple’s Find My network. Not to mention, they are nearly 50% off. They come in four colors, including a striking transparent option.
Open earbuds leave your ears open to hear the world around you — that makes them a great fit for outdoor exercise. It also works well for daily commuters or anyone who finds regular earbuds uncomfortable. NBC Select editorial director Lauren Swanson and I use the Shokz OpenFit 2 regularly because they have a comfortable, secure fit, stable connectivity and good sound quality (for open earbuds).
A portable Bluetooth speaker screams outdoor summer fun with friends and family. This one from Bose pushes sound out in all directions and has a flat bottom, perfect for placing on a table, bench or the ground. It has touch controls on the top of the speaker, a convenient built-in handle and IP55 dust and water resistance.
Best Prime Day laptop, tablet and mobile deals
This is the latest MacBook Air, a compact, slim and powerful laptop that’s light enough to take just about anywhere. It weighs about three pounds, which isn’t much compared to other laptops. Plus, it won’t weigh down your bag or tote much, in my experience. This latest version gets up to 18 hours of battery life and has the new M4 chip inside, which has improved performance compared to last year’s model.
This is our favorite Kindle by far — multiple NBC Select staffers swear by their Kindle Paperwhite. It makes sense: it has a bright, glare-resistant display with an adjustable warm-tone that makes reading in the dark much more pleasant than other models (including the base Amazon Kindle).
This is Apple’s most affordable iPad at the lowest price we’ve seen. It has a large 11-inch high resolution screen that’s great for watching TV and movies or following a recipe. Plus it weighs 1.05 pounds, much lighter than any laptop you might throw in your bag.
The Google Pixel 9 at full price is still a good deal compared to some other premium smartphones. At 31% off, it’s a steal. It has a smooth design, fun colors, speedy processor, excellent cameras and all of Google’s latest software, including AI tools.
Best Prime Day smart home deals
NBC Select reporter Zoe Malin loves this smart plug — it turns ordinary appliances into ones you can schedule remotely from your phone. Malin uses one to schedule the heat lamp she uses for her pet turtle Angie: it turns on at 9AM and off at 10PM everyday automatically.
This is the newest version of one of our favorite smart bulbs. It’s a full color light that’s highly customizable, with a huge range of brightnesses and tones, plus you can easily control it using voice commands or your phone. It easily connects to Amazon and Google smart homes.
This outdoor home security camera is a simple way to get an outdoor view of your space without a complicated installation process. It runs off of two AA batteries, and gets up to two years of battery life. Like other Blink cameras, you can use the Blink app to see a live feed, with color day or infrared night view, two-way talk and more.
This smart home security camera combines a central camera with two large LED lights for all-in-one outdoor security. It has two-way speakers, plus custom motion detection zones, night vision, a built-in siren and customizable notifications alerts. All of which can be controlled in the Ring app. It connects via hard-wire to your home’s electrical system.
This Amazon Echo device is an Alexa smart speaker and alarm clock in one. Its display can show the time, weather and other custom notifications. Like other smart speakers, you can use it to play music, podcasts, audiobooks and ask Amazon Alexa questions.
Best Prime Day travel tech deals
Almost every iPhone user can find a use for the Apple AirTag. The tiny Bluetooth tracker can be precisely located using Apple’s Find My app, including Precision Finding if it’s within 30 feet. I place mine in my work backpack for peace of mind, or I use it anytime I travel with luggage.
This portable charging station is perfect for simplifying your travel needs. It can wirelessly charge your iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods. It also comes with a wall adapter and charging cable. The station itself folds down into a pocketable size that’s easy to pack into any bag.
This tiny wall plug is matching the price I’ve seen, and can easily and quickly charge all your small electronics — think phones, headphones, earbuds and tablets. It has both a USB-A and a USB-C port, and the metal prongs can fold down to better store the plug when packing in a bag.
Best Prime Day TV deals
This Sony TV is over 50% off, and proves yet again that the best TV deals are on older models. It has a 4K resolution quantum dot OLED panel, with rich colors, inky blacks and excellent highlights fit for all kinds of content. It has Google TV built-in, and frankly too many features to list here. While it may be tempting to buy a “newer” model, this was Sony’s most premium TV in 2022, and outclasses almost any new TV you’ll find for $1700.
This is one of team NBC Select’s favorite soundbars — multiple staffers (myself included) have used it for years. It’s compact for a soundbar, and seamlessly connects to my TV, Wi-Fi and other Sonos speakers for easy listening. It drastically improved my home theater experience, with every show and movie delivering clear, detailed audio compared to my built-in TV speakers.
Best Prime Day wearable tech deals
I test smartwatches all the time, but somehow the Apple Watch Series 10 always remains stubbornly on one of my wrists — it’s that good. It’s easy to use and its always-on screen is large, bright and responsive. It also has accurate health, sleep and exercise tracking. You can learn more in my Apple Watch Series 10 review.
The Oura Ring 4 is one of the best smart rings you can buy, and this is the biggest discount I’ve seen since it launched. It tracks health, sleep and fitness metrics and showcases them in a simple to use but still detailed app. You can learn more in my Oura Ring 4 review.
This massage gun won an NBC Select Wellness Award, with testers noting that the different heads and speeds give a customized massage based on your needs. You can also select specific targets, like stress relief, sleep and lower back pain.
