Happy Halloween! We know many of you look forward to the spooky holiday each year, but did you ever wonder how costumes and candy came into the mix? We dive inside the cauldron to learn the history behind the ghoulish holiday and uncover whether witches are real or not. Plus, it’s time to fall back! We’ll turn the clocks back one hour this weekend because daylight saving time is ending. Learn the history of daylight saving time and how you can easily adjust to the time change. Also, a kids' guide to voting: We break down how the next president of the United States is chosen by explaining the Electoral College and the part it plays on Election Day. In 2020 a group of third grade students in Washington, D.C. used their creativity to help encourage people to get out and vote. This year, those same students are once again helping to get the vote out by writing nearly 1,500 postcards to voters! Finally, we're hitting it out of the park! We’re at the World Series where the Los Angeles Dodgers and New York Yankees played a dramatic championship. Some of the best players like All-Star, Mookie Betts and Oswaldo Cabrera speak with our Kids Correspondent about baseball and the advice they would give to kids just like you.
