Ken Starr, who led Clinton probes, says U.S. is living in 'age of impeachment'

White House defense lawyer Ken Starr, who served as independent counsel when investigating former President Bill Clinton, claimed that impeachment is being used too often in the United States and called the Senate "the high court of impeachment."Jan. 27, 2020
