Trump offered to help find a solution ⁠to the Ukraine war, Kremlin officials say, after multiple failed attempts at ending the conflict.

Kyiv has intensified strikes on Russian energy infrastructure this year, causing fuel shortages in parts of the country.

Dozens more people have been injured by the aerial assault, which damaged buildings and civilian infrastructure.

The governor of the Moscow region said a 6-month-old died and three people were injured in the “large-scale attack.”

The Russian leader said a task force was working to alleviate the issue, which has grown into a serious crisis for the Kremlin.

The declaration comes days after authorities halted ​all civilian fuel sales in response to Ukrainian ⁠attacks on Crimea.

The major attack came hours after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on X that he had ordered “a 40-day influence operation,” believed to mean an escalation of attacks.

The operation was part of Ukraine’s aerial campaign targeting energy facilities and military industries that has intensified as Kyiv builds bigger and better long-range weapons.

The commander of Ukraine’s drone forces said it’s after “total resource and logistical exhaustion” on the Black Sea peninsula.
