There are a lot of popular beauty brands blowing up on my social feeds right now. But none are quite as ubiquitous as Medicube, the beloved K-beauty brand known for its affordable pore pads, vitamin C capsules, exosomes and sunscreen. And right now, the brand’s most sought-after products are up to 57% off on Amazon with many of the products coming in around $15 or less.
Below, I highlight some of the best on-sale products from Medicube and why they’re worth stocking up on now. Hint: The deals won’t last forever, so it’s a good idea to shop them while you still can.
Best Medicube deals on Amazon
These pore pads have two textures: a soft side that hydrates the skin and a more textured side to exfoliate, remove dead skin cells and reduce the appearance of large pores, according to the brand. They’re made with alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) derived from fruit complexes and beta hydroxy acids (BHAs) which have anti-inflammatory properties that help remove excess sebum and smooth skin.
NBC Selected reporter Zoe Malin uses these pads almost every night, and says they’ve changed her skin texture for the better. “It’s now so much softer and smoother, and the pads have visibly reduced pore size in my t-zone,” she says. Each container comes with 70 pads that you can also get in different formulas, like vitamin C and exosomes.
This jelly cream initially has a pink tint, but dries down to a transparent finish once it absorbs into the skin. It includes hydrolyzed collagen, which is know to sink into the skin better than other forms, to help hydrate your skin and keep it looking firm and plump, according to the brand. The moisturizer’s squalane helps maintain moisture levels in skin, while niacinamide works to address uneven skin tone.
This is the first Medicube moisturizer NBC Selected associate social media editor Caitlin Cusack tried, and she says it “does an amazing job at controlling moisture while hydrating at the same time.”
“Every time I apply, my skin always looks brighter and glowy immediately,” she says. “I love to apply this generously and use with the mini booster pro to achieve the ‘glass skin’ look.”
Exosomes are organic vesicles released by cells, including skin cells, that carry protein and lipids, and in turn dictate how cells should behave. Think of them as little messenger cells — for skin cells, they deliver instructions to help calm inflammation, repair damaged tissue and increase collagen and elastin production, according to experts we spoke to during previous reporting on the ingredient.
This exosome “shot” from Medicube helps reduce the appearance of pores, enhance the skin barrier and smooth skin texture, which is why the brand also calls it a form of “liquid microneedling,” and even shoppers refer to it as “microneedling in a bottle.”
After trying it for a month, I saw my skin texture get smoother and less inflammation from hot summer days spent in the sun. I like to apply it after cleansing and before putting on moisturizer, as per the brand’s instructions.
Collagen masks are becoming increasingly popular, and this one from Medicube is enhanced with polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN), a chemical derived from salmon DNA that evens skin tone and strengthens the skin barrier, according to Medicube. The mask starts pink and turns clear after a few hours once the ingredients absorb into the skin.
