WASHINGTON — A former Olympic canoeist was wrongly charged with causing felony damage to President Donald Trump’s renovations of the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool and lived through a “nightmare” because of “the incompetence and wrongdoing” of Justice Department and Interior Department employees, his attorneys said in a letter Tuesday.
