The Supreme Court is expected to decide if the controversial Remain in Mexico Policy can be enforced. The policy, enacted by the Trump Administration about a year ago, requires asylum seekers to wait in Mexico while their claims are processed. If the court decides against the administration, migrants will be able to cross the border only into California and Arizona.
