After a year-long postponement due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the world now begins its one-month countdown to the start of the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. More than 12,000 athletes will compete at the games. In an exclusive interview with NBC News’ Keir Simmons, Tokyo 2020 president Seiko Hashimoto says there will be strict protocols in place.
