Actor Malcolm-Jamal Warner was found unresponsive in the ocean, after he was swept away in a strong rip current, according to Costa Rican officials. Warner was pulled onto a surfboard by a trained lifeguard who was there to surf, according to a volunteer lifeguard organization.
