Two Ukrainian paratroopers wounded during fighting with pro-Russian militants married their sweethearts Wednesday -- from the hospital beds where they are recovering from their injuries.

Ukrainian government forces expanded their control in the Donetsk region over the weekend after rebels retreated from their strongholds Slovyansk and Kramatorsk to the city of Donetsk.
