At least 15 people were killed and dozens were injured after a truck ramming attack in New Orleans early Wednesday morning. Authorities say the suspected driver, identified as 42-year-old Shamsud-Bin Jabbar, intentionally rammed into a busy Bourbon Street crowd celebrating the New Year, and tried to run over as many people as possible before he allegedly opened fire on police, and was killed in a shootout.
