Officials investigating allegations of abuse at Texas migrant facility

Officials are investigating three allegations of neglect, including one involving sexual abuse, at a San Antonio HHS facility housing 1,600 teenage boys. HHS did not comment on the allegations but told NBC News it has a “zero-tolerance policy for all forms of sexual abuse.”
