The dividend, which is unchanged from the prior quarter, produces an annualized rate of $.40 per common share and is payable on June 24, 2011 to shareowners of record as of June 10, 2011. The annualized dividend yield is 3.96% based on a closing stock price of $10.11 on May 25, 2011.
