PARIS and SUNNYVALE, Calif., April 27, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- etXetera Solutions XBRL, an eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) solution provider, and Compliance Xpressware (CX) LLP, a Silicon Valley-based software company that enables reporting issuers to achieve compliance with the SEC's mandate for XBRL, today announced that they have formed a strategic partnership to advance the state of XBRL adoption. etXetera will subscribe to CX's flagship product, Xpressfiler, a cloud-based, end-to-end solution for EDGAR filings, and serve as a reseller and distributor for its clients in Europe and the United States. The subscription will cover use of Xpressfiler plus its three core modules: XpressHTML, Xpressbuilder and XpressBRL. In addition to the use of the Xpressfiler modules, etXetera will be able to obtain preferential EDGAR conversion and filing services through CX.
