Fitness expert Jack LaLanne has an exercise that will keep you limber and loose in this week's edition of Living Longer with Jack LaLanne.
Cobra Stretch
Lie down on the ground on your stomach, arch your back and look up towards the ceiling.Relax again, and push yourself back up into that position, with your hips on the floor and repeat.Jack says this exercise will help bring back that normal curve in your back.Don't forget to inhale as you come up, and exhale when you go back down.
