NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Police charge a Galveston man in connection with a North Manchester bank robbery.

23-year-old Virgil Justin Smith is charged with robbery, a Class B felony.

Police say Smith held up the "First Financial Bank" on Market Street at gunpoint July 16th.

He made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police say Smith was arrested July 21st on unrelated drug charges and is being held in the Wabash County jail.
