INDIANA (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Governor Mitch Daniels' name continues to be dropped as a potential candidate in the 2012 presidential election.
Political observers say Daniels' conservative values, cool demeanor and fiscal discipline are what Republicans need for that race.
They also say Daniels looks more attractive as a candidate. Following the recent problems with other GOP stars, Sarah Palin, Mark Sanford and John Ensign.
But Daniels has said last year's election was his last and he's not interested in a national campaign.
