Organizers of Buffalo's annual Wing Fest announced Sunday that this year's event will include a fundraiser for the families of Lt. Chip McCarthy and Jonathan Croom, the two firefighters who died in the line of duty last Monday. Members of the fire department will collect donations at Coca-Cola field next weekend. Wing Fest was originally supposed to take place this weekend but kick-off festivities are now re-scheduled for this Wednesday.
