The former male prostitute whose accusations led to New Life Church founder Ted Haggard's dismissal visited the Colorado megachurch yesterday.
Mike Jones tells the Denver Post several people shook his hand and told him "God bless you." Jones says he wasn't there "to rub anyone's face in it" but wanted to see what the church was all about.
Haggard resigned last year as president of the National Association of Evangelicals after Jones alleged Haggard paid him for sex and sometimes took methamphetamine during the encounters.
Haggard then was fired as pastor of New Life. He publicly admitted to unspecified "sexual immorality."
The church's associate pastor says Haggard and his wife have completed a counseling program in Arizona.
