Investigators announced Monday that speed was a factor in the Metro North train crash that killed four and injured 63 at the Spuyten Duyvil curve in the Bronx. Along that stretch of the Hudson line, trains can run 70 mph, but as they enter the curve they are supposed to slow to 30 mph. NBC’s Tom Costello reports.Dec. 2, 2013
