Two members of the Iranian women’s soccer team joined a training session with the Brisbane Roars, an A-League professional club, after accepting asylum in Australia. Fatemah Pasandideh and Atefeh Ramezanisadeh were among seven people, six players and one staff member, who initially accepted humanitarian visas from Australia after the AFC Women’s Asia Cup.
