In Philadelphia gun violence has been a consistent issue. This month alone there were 841 shootings in the city. Sadly, 21% of those shootings were fatal. Despite being directly impacted by gun violence , there are a growing number of Philadelphia teens who are completely leaning in: educating themselves about being responsible gun owners and visiting the range to learn gun safety.
