Designed for bookworms and entertainment junkies alike, Amazon's Kindle Fire line gives users access to tons of e-books, movies and TV shows, as well as exciting apps. And while the all-new Kindle Fire HDX 7 starts at $229, you can take home last year's still-impressive Kindle Fire HD 7 for less than $100. Best Buy is offering the Amazon slate for just $99 in stores and online from Nov. 28 to Nov 30. The $99 Kindle Fire HD is also a great kids' tablet, thanks to Amazon's robust parental controls.

Fuhu Nabi 2 ($99, Wal-Mart)
The Fuhu Nabi 2 still stands as one of our favorite kids' tablets, and you can get one for almost half off this Black Friday weekend. On Thanksgiving from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m., you can get the $179 Nabi 2 for only $99, making it the perfect gift for tech-minded parents on a budget. MacBook Pro with Retina Display ($1,099, Best Buy)
Apple's latest MacBook Pro with Retina Display is the most powerful iteration of its flagship laptop yet. Fortunately, you won't have to pay a premium on Black Friday weekend, as Best Buy is offering the new MacBook Pro for $200 off its retail price at $1,099. This special doorbuster kicks off Thursday at 6 p.m. at Best Buy retail locations and will be available online from Thursday to Saturday, so make sure to line up early if you want a shot at getting one.

HP Split X2 ($499, Best Buy)
Best Buy stores are slashing the price of the $729 HP Split x2 hybrid to $499 from Thursday to Saturday online and starting 10 a.m. on Black Friday in-store. For less than $500, the Windows 8-based machine packs a 13-inch, 1366 x 768-pixel display that can easily be detached from its keyboard to be used as a tablet. With a Intel Core i3 processor and 64GB of flash memory, the Split x2 is a solid choice for both work and play, especially when it's available for this cheap.

HTC One ($29, Best Buy)
One of several Best Buy exclusives, the Metallic Blue HTC One can be had for just $29 with an AT&T, Verizon or Sprint contract this Thanksgiving weekend. Normally $199, this 4.7-inch handset thoroughly impressed us with its unique design, bright and rich 1080p display and punchy stereo speakers. This deal runs online from Thanksgiving Day (online only) through Saturday, though you'll have to line up at your local Best Buy at 10 a.m. on Friday if you want one in person.

Motorola Moto X ($49, plus bonus $100 gift card; Wal-Mart)
