The original Game Boy was introduced in 1989, and wasn't super small, but got the job done nonetheless. As years went on, Nintendo has managed to shrink their portable hardware considerably, but nothing comes close to what one person in Japan has crafted, from the base of a toothpick.
The following video, which was discovered by Boing Boing, is entirely in Japanese, but such crazy technical skills is a universal language:
It's the handiwork of someone who goes by "soukitti", on YouTube at least. He or she explains in the video's note section that the process took about four hours.
For those who have never handled a one yen coin, used in the video to reference the minuscule Game Boy's size, it's only a little bigger than an American penny or dime.
