The race for the new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus is already in full swing. On Friday at 3:01 a.m. ET, when most normal people were sleeping, Apple fans rushed to pre-order their new bigger, faster iPhones. Now it turns out the larger 5.5-inch model is already sold out for the original release date of Sept. 19 — instead, buyers through the Apple and major carrier websites will have to wait at least four weeks. The 4.7-inch model, however, is still available. What about the people who absolutely need their iPhone 6 Plus in one week? There are a few options. First, there is eBay, where some are selling for more than $1,000. (The normal price unlocked is $749). Places like Best Buy, Walmart and Target are taking pre-orders in their stores. There is no guarantee, however, that the iPhone 6 Plus will still be available when you show up. Other options include throwing wads of cash at people carrying them on the street, or just waiting a few weeks like an adult.
