Tetris is one of the most popular video games of all time, and you can get it on just about every platform, with modernized graphics, leaderboards and all the other trappings of smartphone and computer games. But sometimes ... sometimes you just want to play Tetris old-school style, with no ads, reminders to post your high score, or any of that. Fortunately, there's the Tetris MicroCard.

This extremely small device is about the size of a business card, though a bit thicker, and will easily fit in a wallet or coin pocket. It's powered by an internal USB-rechargable battery. All it does is play Tetris, although enterprising users will find a way to get other software on there — the MicroCard is a tweaked version of the ArduBoy, a Kickstarter success that put a variety of games on an open-source Arduino hardware platform.
It's true, $49 is a lot for something that only plays Tetris, but consider that this might be the last version you ever need to buy — and try as you might, you won't find a more compact version of the game out there. You can pre-order now, but they won't be shipping until early 2016.
