The dozens of people killed in fierce clashes in Ukraine this week have included at least two journalists.
Some of the 167 journalists injured since anti-government protests began in November were "deliberately targeted," according to the International Partnership Mission - a delegation of national and international freedom of expression and media support groups, which includes Reporters Without Borders.
