Putin Does Not Rule Out Sending Russian Troops To Ukraine

Addressing Russians in his annual televised phone-in, Russian President Vladimir Putin said parliament had granted him the right to use military force in Ukraine, although he “hoped critical issues in Ukraine will be resolved by political and diplomatic means.”
