SOCHI, Russia -- Retired ice hockey player Angela Ruggiero said she was honored to bear the Olympic torch in Sochi Friday.
"I wanted it to last longer," said Ruggiero, a four-time Olympic medalist, following her run. "What an honor to be part of this great history and tradition of the Olympic movement. They light the torch in Greece, it's been so far, it's been up to space, it's been all around Russia, it's just a huge honor to be a part of it," she added.
