Malaysia’s acting transport minister brushed off international criticism of his country's investigation into missing Flight MH370 on Wednesday.
“We have done an admirable job,” Hishamuddin Hussein told reporters in Kuala Lumpur.
He denied Malaysia had mishandled the inquiry into the missing Boeing 777, saying the level of international co-ordination in the search effort was “unprecedented.”
“Not many countries could get 26 countries to work together,” Hishamuddin added. “Not many countries could get all the technology we have got. I think history will judge us well.”
His comments follow criticism of communication failures and missteps made by officials during the investigation.
Families in China who have also accused Malaysia of not telling the truth about the missing jet.
