A small town is pulling together to help the victims of the deadly mudslide in Washington state.
Volunteers have poured into the fire station in Darrington, about 12 miles from where the land gave way on Saturday, killing at least 16 people and leaving 90 missing or unaccounted for.
So many people have offered to help there that authorities said they don’t need any more. Gov. Jay Inslee highlighted the town Thursday on Instagram:
