A man stabbed residents at the Tsukui Yamayuri En residential care facility for disabled people with a knife killing at least 19 and injuring 25 in Sagamihara, near Tokyo, Japan on the early hours of July 26, 2016. Kanagawa police arrested Satoshi Uematsu, 26, who turned himself in to a local police station, and admitted to perpetrating the attack.
