These NBC Select Supplemental Terms of Service (“Supplemental Terms”) apply to your use of any NBC Select services (the “NBC Select Services”), together with the NBCUniversal Terms of Service (“NBCU ToS”), our Privacy Policy, and any other documentation, policies or guidelines that we may provide in writing. Capitalized terms not defined below will have the meanings given to such terms in the NBCU ToS. By using any NBC Select Services, you are agreeing to these Supplemental Terms.
