This neck fan is a portable cooling device that you wear around your neck for heat relief. It has 64 vents that wrap around the device for 360-degree cooling, and weighs less than a pound for a comfortable, lightweight feel, according to the brand. You can customize the fan’s airflow with one of three speed settings, plus the silicone piece on the back of the fan adjusts the airflow angle for further customization.
