If you need an excuse to level up your at-home coffee bar this year, Amazon’s upcoming Prime Big Deal Day sale is a great place to start. While programmable coffee makers are great for having multiple cups of coffee on demand, a quality espresso machine is where your coffee-making skills can truly shine. If you don’t want to wait until October 7 for a good deal on Amazon, the retailer is also discounting some key appliances early, including Breville’s Infuser Espresso Machine. It’s currently $200 off, putting it at its lowest price in three months. The stainless steel appliance has all the features of a coffee shop machine — multishot brewing, steam wands — minus the need to wait in line.
Below, I talk more about everything that comes with the Breville Infuser and why it’s worth adding to your collection of shiny kitchen appliances.
Deal of the Day
The Breville Infuser espresso machine comes in traditional stainless steel, red and black, and it measures 13 x 12.3 x 10 inches — about the size of a laptop. It can brew single or double shots of espresso and it has a steam wand you can use to steam and/or foam milk, using the included milk cup. It comes with single- and dual-wall filter baskets, cleaning tablets and a cleaning tool, a coffee scoop and a water filter. The front of the appliance will light up when it’s time to clean the machine and the drip tray. Plus, it dispenses hot water for tea or other instant drinks. The water tank has a capacity of 1.7 liters (about 7 cups). It also has a 1-year limited warranty.
