Carole Radziwill is returning to “The Real Housewives of New York City” after an absence of more than seven years.

Radziwill will be featured as a “friend of” the cast in Season 16, which begins filming this week, Bravo announced Monday in a news release and on social media.

“In the marathon of life, loyalty is everything. And because of Bravo fans’ loyalty, Carole Radziwill is returning to #RHONY as a friend-of for Season 16!!!” the network wrote alongside images of Radziwill on Instagram.

The author and journalist joined “RHONY” in Season 5. She left the series in 2018 after Season 10 amid reported feuds with executive producer Andy Cohen and cast member Bethenny Frankel, with whom Radziwill got into a heated argument during the show’s Season 10 reunion.

Radziwill and Cohen have since made amends, with Radziwill signaling the possibility of a return to “RHONY” in August, when she made a surprise appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.”

She followed that by appearing at BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas in November.

Radziwill was married to the filmmaker and television executive Anthony Radziwill, who was the first cousin of the late John F. Kennedy Jr. She wrote about her marriage with her husband and their close bond with Kennedy and his wife, Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy, in her 2005 memoir “What Remains: A Memoir of Fate, Friendship and Love.”

Radziwill’s return to “RHONY” comes as interest in Kennedy and Bessette-Kennedy’s relationship has surged thanks to the Hulu series “Love Story,” which is based on their tragic romance.

“RHONY” cast members Sai De Silva, Erin Lichy and Jessel Taank will also return to the franchise for Season 16, Bravo confirmed.

They’ll be joined by several new full-time cast members, including celebrity fitness trainer Erika Hammond, makeup artist Daisy Toye and public relations pro Hailey Glassman.

Season 15 cast members Brynn Whitfield, Ubah Hassan, Racquel Chevremont and Jenna Lyons have all exited the series as has Rebecca Minkoff, who was a “friend of” the cast last season.
