Visitors to the London Festival of Railway Modeling got a chance to eye highly detailed miniature trains and accompanying towns and displays on Sunday.

The event, which ran March 22-23 at Alexandra Palace, is London's top railway modeling event. About 40 working layouts — hand-picked by The Model Railway Club, which has more than 100 traders, clubs and societies — were on display.
