Alex Cooper has had enough of what she calls “fake drama” with Alix Earle.

The host of the popular “Call Her Daddy” podcast called out Earle in a TikTok video on April 13, just over a year after their business relationship was severed when Earle’s “Hot Mess” podcast was not longer part of Cooper’s Unwell Network.

“Hi guys. You guys know I don’t usually address this kind of stuff because it feels like a waste of time, and honestly it’s embarrassing to participate in this,” Cooper said. “But I am obviously seeing the videos, I’m getting tagged, I see the DMs, I see the comments, so at this point it just feels long overdue.

“Alix Earle, hey girl, the passive-aggressive reposts and the likes and the commenting on things, I gotta call you out here,” she added.

Earle, 25, reposted a video on TikTok April 11 in which one user criticized Cooper, 31, as “an ambulance chaser” and called on women to stop making Cooper’s show “their first stop when something happens in their lives.”

Cooper encouraged Earle to speak publicly about any problems she has with her.

“You’re gonna need to get specific and just say what you gotta say about me. There’s no NDA, no one is stopping you. Stop hiding behind other people and just say it yourself. What’s the beef?” Cooper said. “Because I’m really tired of waking up and seeing you using this fake drama to distract from other s--- going online for you. Not interested.”

TODAY.com reached out to Earle for comment but did not immediately receive a response.

In 2023, Earle’s podcast became part of Cooper’s Unwell Network. However, Variety reported in February 2025 that “Hot Mess” would no longer be under Cooper’s Unwell Network umbrella going forward.

In her video, Cooper didn’t share details of what previously went down in their business relationship but said she has “nothing to hide.”

“I know what happened, and so do you. So talk,” Cooper said in her TikTok message. “Unless the fake narrative that you’re creating happens to be way more interesting than truth. I have nothing to hide when it comes to you and me, so unless you actually have something to say, I’m out. This is over. Have a good Monday everyone.”
