Republicans on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee have released surveillance camera video of the March 4th incident involving allegedly drunk Secret Service agents driving into a barrier during an ongoing suspicious package investigation next to the White House.

The video was provided to the Committee by the DC Metropolitan Police Department.

You can watch the video here:

Secret Service Director Joseph Clancy is testifying before the panel Tuesday.

Top Democrat Elijah Cummings called the Secret Service an "agency at war with itself."

At the hearing, Cummings also read the text of an anonymous email circulated after the March 4 incident.

The text of that email reads:

This last Wednesday night, the uniformed division established a crime scene at special post 15 at the White House after a package was thrown at an officer. The officer was told the package was a bomb, so they taped off the area and made it a crime scene. Then at some point an ATSAIC from WFO (George Ogilvie) and "a" PPD DSAIC (Marc Connolly) drove through the crime scene tape. UD officers at the scene said they were both extremely intoxicated; they were coming home from Ed Donovan's (GPA) retirement dinner. They apparently flipped on the lights on their GOVs to go around the road blocks. Then they nudged the barrels closing the post with their GOVs. Then were waving their White House passes around confused as to why the post was evacuated. UD officers were going to arrest both of them but the UD watch commander said not to. Apparently the whole incident was captured on video from inside the JOC.
