Rand Paul (R-KY) is eyeing a presidential bid: NBC News has confirmed that Rand Paul's political action committee, RANDPAC, has hired former Rick Santorum presidential campaign manager Mike Biundo as its chief strategist for New England (read: New Hampshire).
Biundo, a New Hampshire resident, also will serve as a senior adviser to the PAC's national efforts, he tells NBC News.
