Arizona State Supreme Court Retention

Arizona voters will decide whether two members of the state Supreme Court are permitted to remain on the bench after their terms are expire on Jan. 6. In separate votes, Justice Clinton Bolick and Justice Kathryn King will both be assessed. If voters elect to retain them, they will both serve a six-year term. Bolick and King were nominated to the court by Republican former Gov. Doug Ducey. Bolick was first nominated in 2016 and received 70% of the vote in 2018. King has only served a two-year term and will face voters for the first time.
