Paramount has signed a 10-year lease to build a studio in New Jersey. The state, which holds a prominent place in the country’s cinematic history, has passed tax incentives for production in-state. Paramount is not the only company breaking ground in the Garden State, with Netflix recently beginning construction on a 300-acre compound.
