Lisa Cavazos and her family spent a day hiking through Croatia's Plitvice Lakes National Park, taking in the waterfalls all around.
"It was easy to take beautiful photos here, since the views were amazing everywhere," Cavazos told TODAY.com. "The park is very well kept and preserved, and is laced with boardwalks and scenic overviews that guide visitors around one of the world’s natural wonders."
She used a tripod to capture this photo, which was part of a class assignment for college while she was on vacation in September 2010.
