Tomorrow on Up w/ Chris Hayes we'll be dissecting Wednesday night's presidential debate. Bush's "compassionate conservatism." We'll also examine the return of "fuzzy math" when it comes to Romney's and Ryan's tax plans. And we'll look at one of the most galling moments of the entire debate: Romney casting himself as a crusader for financial reform, despite fierce Republican opposition to the Dodd-Frank Wall Street reform bill.
