They started voting this morning in swing-state Ohio, and guess who was waiting outside when they opened the polls? Above, Democrats in Mahoning County, centered on Youngstown, spent the night as a part of a statewide Democratic push for early voting. With Barack Obama leading in Ohio polls, the Democrats are trying to bank those votes as fast as they can.

Ohio Republicans marked the start of early voting with a Commit to Mitt Early Vote Express tour, which unfolds over the next several weeks. When they start sending reinforcements from hundreds of miles away, it means that you need help, and maybe that they think the help is worth it.
