Newt Gingrich has a long history of posing for photo-ops with animals. One penguin at the St. Louis Zoo wasn't interested. The animal nipped the GOP candidate's finger during a private tour on Friday. Probably a Romney supporter.

Zoo spokeswoman Susan Gallagher says Gingrich was given a small bandage for his bite wound.

Gingrich was in town for the NRA's annual meeting.
