Michael Douglas' ex-wife, Diandra Douglas, isn't going to stop fighting to get her hands on a portion of Michael's profits from "Wall Street: Money never Sleeps."

Diandra first sued Douglas for the money in June, claiming that their divorce settlement entitled her to 50 percent of any money he received from movies made during their marriage, as well as money made from "spinoffs" of those films. Diandra originally tried to get courts in New York to hear her case and just a month ago, Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Matthew Cooper said "California, not New York, is the proper forum."

Now Diandra is in search of representation in California. A source told Page Six that Michael's cancer is not going to deter her from pursing the case.

"This is far from over for Diandra. She is currently looking for lawyers in the Santa Barbara area to take her case, because it's likely to be heard there and she has a home there. Diandra is still convinced she is fully entitled to the money and can win. His battle with cancer is not going to stop her."
